A year after having a wide receiver drafted on the first round of the NFL draft, Penn State sent two of its top receivers from the 2022 season to the NFL combine to show what they can do in front of the scouting community. Mitchell Tinsley, who came to Penn State out of the transfer portal from Western Kentucky, proved to be a solid fit in the offense, and he capped his one season with the Nittany Lions as a Rose Bowl champion.
Tinsley may not be a first-round draft pick, but he is hoping to still be one of the next receivers to move on from Penn State and enjoy a good career in the NFL. His combine performance went about as expected coming in as he continues to look like a player that could land on an NFL roster somewhere.
