A week ago, the Cincinnati Bengals made some headlines due to a heated sideline encounter between Joe Burrow and head coach Zac Taylor.
This week, it’s rookie Amarius Mims and offensive line coach Frank Pollack.
While in the process of gunning to a 17-0 halftime lead, Mims left his starting right tackle job and appeared to visit the blue medical tent.
After, he returned, and both the broadcast and reporters caught Mims getting into a heated exchange with Pollack — before tackle Orlando Brown Jr. separated them.
Mims would eventually return to the game, so perhaps it was merely the super-successful rooie making his case to get back in the game.
