Bengals met virtually with UCLA running back

Could the Bengals add this running back in the draft?

With the 2024 NFL draft coming up this week, the Cincinnati Bengals have to be narrowing down their choices for who they will take when their picks come around, and now they have met with another running back who they have had their eyes on.

UCLA running back Carson Steele said that he had a virtual meeting with the Bengals and other teams recently as the draft approaches.

Steele was with the Bruins for one season and played in 12 games, rushing for 847 yards and six touchdowns while adding 17 catches for 163 yards and two touchdowns through the air.

Before he transferred to UCLA, he spent two seasons at Ball State, where he had 2,447 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns in 25 games.

With Joe Mixon gone from the team, the Bengals are currently still looking for some depth at the running back position and they have met with multiple before the draft.
