Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said Burrow would play and start this week against the Cardinals.
It will be his first career start against the Cardinals.
This season, Burrow has only completed 57.6% of his passes. He has 728 passing yards, two touchdown passes and two interceptions in four games.
The Bengals are off to a 1-3 start.
