The Cincinnati Bengals didn’t offer much in the way of surprises on the final injury report before Sunday’s AFC championship game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Those Bengals made the following designations on the final injury report:

  • WR Stanley Morgan (Doubtful)
  • DE Cam Sample (Doubtful)
  • DT Josh Tupou (Questionable)

Morgan is a big loss on special teams, while the rookie Sample was getting rotational looks as a pass-rusher. Tupou could be the most significant given his ability to fill in against the run

As a reminder, Joe Burrow and Tee Higgins being on the first two injury reports as full participants made for catchy headlines but were mere formalities.

Overall, though, the Bengals could be in much worse shape for such an important game.
