The Week 14 Cincinnati Bengals injury report ahead of the team’s game against the Cleveland Browns was supposed to be one of the more mundane of the season.
But Thursday saw Tee Higgins and Sam Hubbard added to it with a limited tag due to lower-body injuries, which was something worth raising the proverbial eyebrow at so close to kickoff.
Fast forward to Friday though, the additions seem like due diligence by the team and nothing more (like the team just so happening to list Jessie Bates on Monday’s report after that “injury” he suffered for one play against the Chiefs).
Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said on Friday that both guys should be good to go, hence them technically having no status for the game.
