The Cincinnati Bengals didn’t offer up an overly concerning injury report all week during the build to the season-opening game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Friday’s final injury report reinforced that idea as the team gave the following players the following classifications:

  • WR/PR Trent Taylor (questionable)
  • TE Mitch Wilcox (questionable)
  • TE Devin Asiasi (out)

Asiasi, the waiver claim the team loves, never really looked like he had a legit shot at playing and might not have been active if healthy, anyway.

As for Wilcox, he went full practice on Friday and should be good to go. Taylor is a little more interesting after being limited for the last two days of practice and could mean they could elect to promote Trenton Irwin to take those punt returns.

Either way, it’s about as good as it gets for a Week 1 injury report.
