The Bengals are actually notable favorites over a bitter rival.

Coming off a win over the Las Vegas Raiders that puts them in prime playoff position, the Cincinnati Bengals enter Week 12 as favorites over the visiting Pittsburgh Steelers.

Over at Tipico Sportsbook, Cincinnati opened as 3.5-point favorites over the Steelers ahead of the AFC North rematch.

First time out in a Week 3 meeting, the Bengals went into Pittsburgh and tallied a 24-10 win, getting three passing scores from Joe Burrow, two touchdowns by Ja’Marr Chase and picked off Ben Roethlisberger twice.

The Steelers later evened out, but have tied and lost over their last two to settle at 5-4-1. They mounted a furious comeback but fell short against a would-be contender like the Chargers last week.

While that happened, Cincinnati shook off a two-game skid after a bye and walloped the Raiders away from home, again showing off their strength in road games.

The Steelers have some fight, especially late in games as seen last week, but the Bengals feel like a safe play here. Chase is a matchup nightmare for Pittsburgh and the line in front of Big Ben again figures to struggle with Cincinnati stars like Trey Hendrickson.

A Bengals win would seriously sink the Steelers while putting them closer to tops in the AFC North.
