To say oddsmakers don’t like the Cincinnati Bengals against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday Night Football in Week 15 would be an understatement.
The Bengals currently have one of the worst lines of their season, with oddsmakers pinning them as 12-point underdogs against the Steelers, BetMGM.
Funnily enough, those Steelers have lost two in a row. They went down 23-17 at the hands of Washington, then 26-15 against Buffalo.
But even that small skid for the Steelers isn’t enough to make this one an appetizing line.
After two consecutive weeks of less than 200 yards of total offense, the Bengals went out and got blown out by the Andy Dalton-led Dallas Cowboys in a 30-7 stinker.
At this point, the Bengals are limping to the finish line with what could end up being a lame-duck coaching staff and a roster that is going to again experience massive turnover this offseason.
There’s always an outside chance when games get played, of course. But even backup Brandon Allen is now dealing with an injury, meaning the Bengals offense could be led by Ryan Finley. That’s an offense that still won’t activate running back Joe Mixon, too.
While Joe Burrow made the Bengals fun underdog plays that covered often early this year, they are a no-fly zone on primetime even under normal circumstances.
