The Cincinnati Bengals have made two coaching moves official and announced a third that previously went unreported.
Per the team, three coaches will join the staff as it preps for free agency and next season:
- linebackers coach James Bettcher
- secondary/cornerbacks coach Charles Burks
- assistant offensive line coach Derek Frazier
Burks replaces Steve Jackson, who won’t return. Bettcher replaces Al Golden, who took the defensive coordinator job at Notre Dame.
Frazier will join Ben Martin as an assistant for the offensive line, a move that might signal an even bigger emphasis on drafting and development given the dire need to fix the entire unit.
