After all of the offseason changes and roster, the Colorado Buffaloes are set to kick off their 2023 season against the TCU Horned Frogs on Saturday, Sept. 2. CU has been pegged as a significant underdog, but there is still hope that the Buffs can leave Fort Worth victorious.
I have been bullish in my predictions for how this season will shake out for the Buffaloes. I’ve predicted them snagging wins in games where the experts don’t give CU much of a chance. One of those games is the season opener at TCU. Last year, Colorado bottled up TCU’s offense in the first half when presumptive 2023 starter Chandler Morris was in the game for the Horned Frogs, who ultimately won 38-13.
