Expectations are high for new Bears wide receiver DJ Moore, who was acquired in a trade of the first overall pick in the NFL draft.

Moore already has three 1,000-yard seasons to his name in five years, despite not having the best quarterback play during his time with the Panthers. He’s one of the most underrated receivers in the NFL, and that was evident in the new Madden 24 ratings.

He didn’t land among the top 10, earning an 86 overall rating. That’s tied for 21st with San Francisco’s Brandon Aiyuk and Tampa Bay’s Chris Godwin.

Moore took to Twitter to share his thoughts on his Madden 24 rating, and it’s clear he believes it should be higher.

The Madden 24 Twitter account responded to Moore saying, “We don’t expect you to be in the 80s for long.”

It’s safe to say Bears fans feel the same. After all, Moore gives quarterback Justin Fields the No. 1 wide receiver he’s been missing, which should help jumpstart this passing attack.

If Moore is the playmaker many expect him to be in Chicago, there’s no doubt he’ll climb the ranks and join those in the 90s club this season.
