With the 2020 season in question amid the coronavirus pandemic, it remains to be seen exactly how this will play out. But rest assured, if there are any game cancellations or changes, fans that have bought tickets will get full refunds — including for any fees.
“The NFL is preparing to play the 2020 season as scheduled and with increased protocols and safety measures for all players, personnel and attendees,” the letter said. “If a game is canceled and cannot be rescheduled, or is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending you will receive a full refund (including associated fees) of your tickets purchased directly from the Chicago Bears or Ticketmaster, our official ticketing partner, for any impacted games within 30 days of cancellation. Should that occur, an email communication with your options will be sent as soon as possible to the email address on your account.”
While we don’t yet know when the Bears will be playing specific opponents, we do know who their opponents are for next season and where the games will be played.
