The Chicago Bears are in the middle of an important 2023 offseason, where general manager Ryan Poles has been retooling the roster.
That included some big-name additions in free agency, including linebackers Tremaine Edmunds and T.J. Edwards, as well as guard Nate Davis, running back D’Onta Foreman and defensive linemen DeMarcus Walker and Andrew Billings.
After 10 new additions to the roster, the Bears still have $38.76 million in salary cap space, which remains the most in the NFL. That should allow Poles the freedom to sign additional veterans and future draft picks.
