The Bears got an absolute steal in the first round of the NFL draft, where they traded up nine spots to draft Fields with the 11th overall pick to bring arguably the best quarterback talent to Chicago that they’ve had in decades.
Fields is a special quarterback talent that possesses the big arm, great accuracy, mobility, toughness and leadership that puts him in an amazing position to become the Bears’ franchise quarterback.
The morning after the pick that had Bears fans celebrating a new hope for this franchise, fans still can’t believe that Fields is actually a Chicago Bear.
But it wasn’t a dream, it’s reality. And it’s a pretty darn exciting one.
