Busters
LT Kolton Miller, RT Brandon Parker
The first Raiders drive ended with both Parker and Miller giving up pressure on Derek Carr. Miller gave a QB hit that led to an errant pass and a punt.
Late in the first half, the Raiders turned the ball over twice in a matter of seconds. First on the Jacobs fumble which set up a field goal, then on a Derek Carr interception on a batted down screen attempt that led to a touchdown.
Those turnovers put the Raiders in a 13-7 halftime deficit. They went on a long drive to start the third quarter to re-take the lead 14-13. Then on their next drive, they nearly gave it back when Parker was fooled on a stunt to give up a big sack on Carr who fumbled the ball away, giving the Broncos the ball at the Denver 42-yard-line.
They moved the ball to the Vegas 37 and lined up for a second 55-yard field goal. Sam Martin made his first 55-yard attempt. Lucky for the Raiders, he missed this one or it would have given the Broncos the lead again.
From there the Raiders went on a long drive. They would set up in second and 4 at the Denver 14-yard-line. Then Miller gave up a run stuff for no gain. And on third and four, he gave up the sack on Carr and they would settle for a field goal.
