Avery Bradley and Malik Monk have cleared the NBA’s health and safety protocol, the Los Angeles Lakers announced.
Bradley and Monk will be available to play against the Brooklyn Nets in an important Christmas matchup. The Lakers are currently on a four-game losing streak, so having one of the team’s best on-ball defenders and bench scorers back is extremely beneficial.
Monk has been out since Dec. 15 when the Lakers took on the Dallas Mavericks. Bradley entered protocol the game after, and both players haven’t played during the losing streak.
Trevor Ariza, Austin Reaves and Kent Bazemore are all still in protocol, including head coach Frank Vogel.
