It is one thing to become a stud in the NBA, but it is another thing for such a player to have his own signature line of sneakers. That is where the Los Angeles Lakers’ Austin Reaves finds himself these days.
He blossomed into a difference-maker last season and gradually raised his game as time went on. He was a major reason the Lakers made their unexpected run to the Western Conference Finals, and now some see him becoming an All-Star in the near future.
Reaves was rewarded with a four-year, $56 million contract this summer, and he also secured a deal for the release of his own signature sneakers with China-based Rigorer.
The undrafted guard was at Sneaker Con in Los Angeles to promote his sneakers, sign some autographs and mingle with fans.

This coming season could represent another step forward for Reaves. He played well for Team USA in the FIBA World Cup this summer, and his Lakers have a legitimate shot at winning the NBA championship next June.
