Depth Chart Overview

Dawson was on the two-deep roster ahead of the season-opener but appeared in just two games but did not record a stat as a true freshman.

That will likely change in 2022 as Auburn is extremely thin at the wide receiver position and Dawson could easily become a starter in the slot. Dawson is a speedster who was getting hype during the preseason last year before a battle with COVID affected his season.

With a full year in Auburn’s strength and conditioning program, he should be faster and stronger than ever and Auburn is in need of a playmaker at wide receiver. He is definitely one of the offensive players to watch in spring practice.
