Going into the 2022 football season, Auburn Wire will be looking at each scholarship player listed on the Tigers’ roster.
Over the preseason, each profile will cover where the player is from, how recruiting websites rated them coming out of high school, and what role they will play for Bryan Harsin this season.
Next on our list is linebacker [autotag]Desmond Tisdol[/autotag]. He has seen limited actions in his first two seasons on the Plains but appears to have climbed up the depth chart ahead of his junior season.

Depth Chart Overview
Tisdol signed with Auburn in the same class as fellow linebackers Cam Riley and Wesley Steiner and while they seem set for bigger roles than him he should still be an important depth piece.
Tisdol spent the majority of spring practices with the second-team defense and made four tackles during the A-Day game. With several players ahead of him he will likely have a limited role again but his playing time should increase, especially if he does well in his role.
