Auburn softball travels to Samford on Wednesday for a midweek clash, and if you’re wondering how you can watch the action live, you’ve come to the right place.

After sweeping Missouri last weekend, the red-hot No. 19 Auburn Tigers will have a quick turnaround on Wednesday night when they travel to Homewood to face another team who is coming off of a weekend sweep, the Samford Bulldogs.

Auburn took care of business last weekend by taking three games from Missouri, two of which were walk-off victories. A key reason for Auburn’s success was the arm of [autotag]Maddie Penta[/autotag]. Penta recorded 25 strikeouts, including 17 in Saturday’s series opener. The amazing feat led Penta to grab an honor from the SEC.

As for Samford, they are coming off of a three-game sweep of Mercer last weekend. The Bulldogs needed a come-from-behind effort in Sunday’s game to complete the sweep. Trailing 6-4 heading to the bottom of the 5th inning, Samford scored three runs over the final two innings to steal the 7-6 win from Mercer. Lindsey Nelson provided the game-winning run for the Bulldogs with a solo home run in the 6th inning.
