Tigers forward [autotag]Chris Moore[/autotag] has been dealing with a shoulder injury since the beginning of the month, but there’s a chance he could make his return to the hardwood on Wednesday.
Moore will be a game-time decision for Auburn on Wednesday, according to 247Sports’ Nathan King. While it’s uncertain if Moore will be ready, an appearance against the Aggies would be his first for the Tigers in three games.
So far this season, Moore is averaging six points and 2.7 rebounds per game and is currently shooting 53.2 percent from the field. His best game so far was against the Memphis Tigers, where he shot perfect from three and grabbed three rebounds while finishing with 12 points on the day. Moore was dressed in uniform against South Carolina but did not play, but that could change against Texas A&M on Wednesday.
The Tigers could certainly use the help against the Aggies, who are currently fourth in the SEC. Auburn will defend home court against Texas A&M at 8 p.m. CT.
