Auburn football: Tigers stay at No. 24 in latest AP Poll

Auburn travels to Starkville on Saturday to take on the 2-4 Mississippi State Bulldogs.

Coming off its best performance of the season against LSU last Saturday in a 48-11 victory, Auburn got to enjoy a bye week before the Tigers head into the final stretch of their season.

In the latest AP Poll that was released on Sunday, Gus Malzahn’s team stayed at No. 24,

Next on the schedule for the Tigers is a trip to Starkville to take on Mississippi State. The Bulldogs got their first win since the season opener on Saturday evening by defeated Vanderbilt 24-17. True freshman Will Rogers threw for 226 yards and a touchdown while the State offense was held to -22 rushing.
