Auburn football: 3 things I, Brian Stultz, hope to see in last 4 games

More downfield shots through the air and less special teams gaffes are things that I, Brian Stultz, would like to see from Auburn it its last four games.

Sometime about the end of the third quarter this past Saturday, I checked my phone and had the same exact message from approximately 15 different people asking, “What are you going to say about Gus Malzahn this week and will you finally be nice?”

Of course I was nice. Who wouldn’t be after his Tigers went out and stomped the hearts out of LSU and Ed Orgeron in a 48-11 victory.

Am I hard on Auburn? Maybe, but it only comes from true love for the program and university. Never take what I write as someone who wants to see something bad to happen to anyone involved with our great university and athletic department. Sometime, as we all do, I get frustrated and, unlike 99.9% of you, I have a platform to share that frustration.

With that said, as Auburn enjoys its bye week before traveling to Starkville to take on Mississippi State next Saturday, here are three things I would like to see from the Tigers in their last four games.
