The recruitment of four-star wide receiver [autotag]Zion Ragins[/autotag] is starting to heat up and the Tigers are firmly in the mix.
Ragins announced a top 12 of Auburn, Florida State, Notre Dame, Western Kentucky, South Carolina, Penn State, Oklahoma, Georgia, Colorado, Miami, and Cincinnati Tuesday on Twitter.
The Gray, Georgia native was offered by Auburn on Sept. 9, 2022, but has yet to make a visit to the Plains.
He is the No. 69 overall player and No. 11 wide receiver in the 247Sports Composite ranking. He is also the No. 13 player from Georgia.
The 5-foot-9, 150-pounder caught 46 passes for 557 yards and three touchdowns last season for Jones County High School. He also rushed for 161 yards and two touchdowns.
Auburn has extended over 30 offers to wide receivers in the 2024 recruiting class but is still looking for their first commitment.
