Asked afterward to describe what it was like to see Fultz play again and appear happy and healthy, Redick answered, “I’m being serious, I don’t want to get emotional about this, but it means a lot to me to see him play, period, and it means a lot that he has a smile on the court. I feel like he’s in a good place both mentally and physically, meaning he’s in the right spot in Orlando. I just love what the Magic have done in allowing him to grow and be himself. I will be a fan of that guy for hopefully the next 15 or 20 years. He’s a special kid.”
