White, a walk-on, was considered in the mix for reps at the position in fall camp, but he couldn’t crack the rotation much when the season started. For the season, White had one catch for 19 yards against Georgia.
A Pulaski Academy graduate from Little Rock, White is the type of player who would almost certainly get more significant playing time at a smaller school. He will have three seasons of eligibility remaining wherever he lands.
White was a fourth-generation Razorbacks athlete. His great-grandfather, Harold “Greasy” Rees, started in football before his grandfather John Rees played wideout for the Hogs from 1968-70. White’s father David was an Arkansas golfer in the early 1990s, as well.
