After suffering their worst home loss in school history this past Saturday, Arkansas basketball is on the road to face the Georgia Bulldogs.
The Razorbacks badly need a victory to keep a realistic chance at the NCAA Tournament. Georgia was expected to finish the season near the bottom of the league standings and while the Bulldogs have played well this season, they’re still considered one of the lesser teams in the SEC.
If Arkansas can’t beat one of the lesser teams in the SEC, then it stands to reason Arkansas won’t be able to beat the better ones, either, which would mean the team’s streak of three straight Sweet 16s comes to an end before it even had a chance to begin.
Arkansas has won seven of its last eight games against Georgia. The only loss in that span was in February 2020 in Athens.
