Arkansas baseball leads NATION in attendance

For the longest time, Arkansas baseball has been one of the top teams in the country. Baum-Walker Stadium has been one of the top stadiums in the country.

Well, in the 2022 season, it was, quantitatively that.

Arkansas led all of college baseball in home attendance for the year, with 363,153 tickets sold. It’s the first time in history, during NCAA-tracked years, the Razorbacks have led the nation.

LSU was second, selling 362,759 tickets. Arkansas averaged 10,376 tickets sold per game to the Tigers’ 10,365. Or in other words, it was close.

Arkansas also played in the third-most attended game of the year, too, a 3-2 win over Ole Miss at the College World Series. The only two games higher were the two national championship games, which the Rebels won over Oklahoma.
