Joe Lunardi’s name just gets more and more popular as the college basketball calendar flips to the new year and maxes out in early March before the selection show.
Arkansas was a 3 seed a year ago in that region, defeating Colgate and Texas Tech to advance to its first Sweet 16 in a quarter century,
The Razorbacks then dispatched Oral Roberts for the second time in the regional semifinal to advance to the Elite Eight before bowing out against eventual national champion Baylor.
Lunardi’s matchup pits Arkansas against Weber State and a possible meeting with Wisconsin in the round of 32.
He also has Baylor as the top overall seed and the 1 seed in that region again.
