Pelicans star Zion Williamson was aggressive offensively on Friday night against the Pacers – which was bad news for one of the rims inside Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. Friday’s Pelicans-Pacers game was delayed during the third quarter after a Zion dunk attempt caused a portion of the net to come undone and left the rim misaligned.
Williamson drove in an attempted a powerful one-handed dunk attempt, and grabbed onto the rim as he came down to Earth. After a member of the arena crew spent several minutes yanking the rim into place and carefully measuring with a level to make sure it was ready for action, the game was able to resume.
