April 4 East playoff picture update as Sixers prepare to face Celtics

Here is the updated look at the Eastern Conference playoff picture as the Philadelphia 76ers prepare to take on the Boston Celtics at home.

The Philadelphia 76ers have some work to do in order to move up in the standings in the Eastern Conference. It’s looking more and more likely that they will be the No. 3 seed in the East, but there is a slim chance they can move up in the standings as they prepare to face the Boston Celtics on Tuesday at home.

Until the conclusion of the regular season on April 9, we are going to update the Eastern Conference standings and where the Sixers are at on a daily basis while taking a look at who they could face in the Eastern Conference playoffs.
