Weeks from now, the latest version of NBA 2K, NBA 2K24, will be released, and many basketball fans will flock to purchase the game for their console or computer.
Fans don’t love the video game franchise just because it simulates the NBA. They also look to it for its numerical ratings of players, no matter how much they may agree or disagree with them.
On Wednesday, the ratings of a number of players in NBA 2K24 were released, and Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James was tied with four others for the second-highest rating at 96.
His co-superstar, Anthony Davis, also received a generous rating. The big man ended up at 94 out of 100, which put him in the top 12.
Many of you are asking about Anthony Davis. He isn’t listed here, but he’s also rated 94 overall in NBA 2K24 (just like Kawhi Leonard, Devin Booker and Damian Lillard). pic.twitter.com/gkOs73uc9A

Davis is coming off a sensational season in which he averaged 25.9 points and 12.5 rebounds a game while shooting 56.3% from the field. Yes, he’s injury-prone, but when he’s healthy, it could be argued he ranks higher than 12th on the list of best NBA players.
