After failing to score over 20 points in his second game at the Walt Disney World Bubble, LeBron James answered with an emphatic performance on Monday night in the Lakers’ third game of the restart against the Utah Jazz. With the win, the Lakers clinched the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference, as the Los Angeles Clippers no longer have the time in the schedule to surpass the Purple and Gold.
It looked close at times but ultimately, anybody who watched the game could see that Utah was terribly overmatched. LeBron James actually scored over 20 points for the first time in three games down on the shores of Lake Buena Vista, but it could not have mattered less as LeBron, AD and the Lakers handled a team that looks less than whole without 20-point per game scorer Bojan Bogdanovic. Bogdanovic is out for the rest of the season after getting surgery.
But Bogdanovic or no Bogdanovic, LeBron showed his mettle.

After tonight’s win, the Lakers have a great opportunity to rest their best players ahead of what will surely be a tough playoff starting in a couple of weeks.
