At this point, it is getting hard to keep up with all of the movement from the transfer portal. On Thursday evening they added their fourth player to the LSU Tigers football team. This time it comes on the offensive side of the ball at running back.
Former Penn State running back Noah Cain entered the transfer portal on Wednesday, by Thursday he was already committing to his next team. LSU was among the teams recruiting him out of the IMG Academy in the 2019 class. They signed Ty Davis-Price and John Emery Jr in that cycle. With Davis-Price leaving for the NFL, Cain ends up joining the Tigers backfield.
Cain made the announcement on Twitter.

Based on the graphic, it makes you wonder if Corey Kiner would give up that No. 21 to Cain for next season. The newcomer wore that number 21 for Penn State the last three seasons in Happy Valley. Cain rushed for 350 yards and four touchdowns in 13 games. He added another 114 yards receiving.
Cain split time in the backfield with Keyvone Lee. He would rush for 185 yards after contact, which shows his ability to create after making contact with a tackler. Cain and John Emery Jr will likely be the top two backs in the room and could battle it out for the starting role when spring football rolls around.
