Another 49ers RB hurt!

The 49ers’ rookie RB was carted off the field against the Cardinals and ruled out the rest of the game.

The San Francisco 49ers have had to deal with multiple running back injuries this season and another went down in Week 18 against the Arizona Cardinals.

Rookie Isaac Guerendo went down on the fourth play of the game and his second carry. He suffered knee and ankle injuries and had to be carted off the field.

He had gained five yards on two carries.

Not long after he was carted off the field he was ruled out the rest of the game.

For the 49ers, running backs Christian McCaffrey, Elijah Mitchell and Jordan Mason all entered the game on injured reserve.

Patrick Taylor replaced Guerendo in the lineup.
