Michigan State will soon learn the ultimate destination for McCulloch, as he is set to announce his decision tomorrow afternoon at 4 p.m. on 247Sports’ YouTube live stream. The Spartans are looking to beat out fellow finalists Alabama, Xavier and Virginia Tech.
