When things seemed like they could not get worse for the Dallas Cowboys, they did.
Quarterback Andy Dalton, replacing the lost-for-the-season Dak Prescott, walked off despite a cart coming on the field in the third quarter against Washington after taking a brutal hit.

Bostic was ejected for the hit on the QB.

The backup quarterback is Ben DiNiucci, who played his college ball in a reasonably close area at James Madison in Harrisonburg, Va.
