In his first start since becoming Cincinnati Bengals starter again, Andy Dalton surpassed Ken Anderson in franchise history with touchdown pass No. 198.
Dalton sailed a touchdown pass to Tyler Boyd in the first quarter of his team’s Week 13 game against the New York Jets.
This after Dalton had spent three weeks on the bench as rookie Ryan Finley got the nod as starter. A sparse crowd at Paul Brown Stadium rose for a standing ovation once the feat was announced.
Later in the day, Dalton also became the all-time leader in pass completions at 2,260 and counting.
