As they went down to the wire in Ann Arbor, Wisconsin desperately missed the services of starting point guard Chucky Hepburn at both ends.
Hepburn went down with what Wisconsin called a lower-body injury during the loss to Michigan, and his status was up in the air for tonight’s matchup against Purdue.
Well, the news is in: Chucky Hepburn is good to go tonight per Wisconsin. Wisconsin’s Brandon Harrison posted that Hepburn is available and expected to play tonight in what feels like a must-win game for the Badgers.
Hepburn leads Wisconsin in scoring at 12.1 points per game and is the leading assist man on the team at 3 dimes per contest.
