A&M Legend Johnny Manziel wants to be a fixture in College Station

Johnny Manziel is a name that will live forever in Aggieland, and Johnny himself hopes to be physically present in College Station just as much. In an interview with Mackenzie Salmon on Sports Seriously on Friday, Manziel spoke about his relationship with head coach Jimbo Fisher, his thoughts on the state of Aggie football program and his plans to be inolved with A&M’s season.

“I would say (the Aggie football program is) on the rise, lucky for me, Jimbo Fisher has been an absolute gem of a person for me to be around, interact with, pick his brain, and treats me exceptional when I go back to Texas A&M” said Manziel.  “I think we’re building in the right direction, and you know, I’m excited for this fall after the (Fan Controlled Football league), I’m gonna spend a lot of time in college station.”
