New Orleans (4-4) defeated Indianapolis (3-5), 38-27, Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana during Week 8.

Former Vol Alvin Kamara started at running back for the Saints. He totaled 59 rushing yards, one rushing touchdown, four receptions, 51 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown.

Kamara played for Tennessee from 2015-16 under head coach Butch Jones. He transferred to Tennessee from Hutchinson Community College in Hutchinson, Kansas.

Kamara was a third-round selection by New Orleans in the 2017 NFL draft (No. 67 overall).

He was named 2017 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, a five-time Pro Bowl selection and a two-time second-team All-Pro.

Indianapolis next plays on Sunday, hosting Chicago. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. EST at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.
