All-NBA Boston Celtic forward Jayson Tatum reacts to Obama’s walk-off 3

Rising Boston Celtics superstar Jayson Tatum reacted to former President Barack Obama’s walk-off 3-pointer on Twitter Saturday.

Who knew former U.S. President Barack Obama had such a sizzle outside shot?

Boston Celtics All-NBA forward Jayson Tatum, evidently.

Reacting to Obama’s walk-off 3-pointer drilled after the end of a political rally ahead of the 2020 U.S. presidential election stumping for the Democratic candidate Joe Biden, Tatum called the former head of state the “greatest to ever do it”.

Though the Duke product did not specify whether he was referring to Obama’s political career or jump shot, we’ll assume he meant the latter given the Missouri native has not been especially political online apart from non-partisan support for getting out the vote.

If you haven’t seen the clip yourself, we’ve embedded it and Tatum’s response to it above for your own viewing.

If Barry can connect from the corner like that on a consistent basis, Boston might want to think about offering him a vet minimum deal to bolster bench shooting.
