Auburn basketball‘s team leader is back.
Allen Flanigan has returned to practice after suffering a torn Achilles earlier this year, per Mark Murphy of 247 Sports. According to Murphy, Flanigan moved well in the non-contact practice held as Auburn prepares to take on Nebraska this Saturday.
Coach Bruce Pearl said he was hopeful that Flanigan would be ready to return by mid-December, and it looks like Flanigan will be able to do so.
He averaged 14.3 points per game in his sophomore season last year. He is the son of Auburn assistant coach Wes Flanigan.
Auburn takes on Nebraska on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. CST in Atlanta.
