Josh McCown, QB
Josh McCown came to the Buccaneers in 2014 following a solid 2013 season with the Chicago Bears, where he appeared in eight games and threw 13 touchdowns to just one interception while Jay Cutler was sidelined with an injury. New Bucs head coach Lovie Smith wanted McCown to lead his offense, but the quarterback was unable to replicate his 2013 success. He went just 1-10 as a starter in 2014, throwing for 11 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. He lasted just one season in Tampa Bay.
