All Star Miami Heat forward Jimmy Butler scored a mansion in South Miami for $7.45 million Alejandro A. and Jolie S. Duenas, of Coral Gables, sold the 5,720-square-foot home at 7416 S.W. 49th Place to Jakft LLC. While the buyer is a Delaware-registered company, the same LLC was used in September to sell a Pinecrest home for $7.11 million and Butler signed the deed as managing member of the LLC.
