Former MLB star and current baseball analyst, Alex Rodriguez, had some interesting comments about Michigan and Tom Brady during a recent interview.
The former Seattle Mariner, Texas Ranger, and New York Yankee has two daughters that are very active in the softball world, and they are both looking at colleges to play at. Rodriguez says that Natasha will be a ‘rising senior’ next season, and Ella will be a ‘rising freshman’ next season.
“For me the big thing is my daughters next year, Natasha will be a rising senior; Ella will be a rising freshman,” Rodriguez said. “We’re starting to take college visits. I’ll be in Michigan next week visiting Michigan for the second time.”
Rodriguez says that he will use a big recruiting pitch this next time they travel to Michigan — who may that be?
Insert Tom Brady.
“I’m having Tom Brady talk to her to try to convince her to go to Michigan,” Rodriguez said.
Talk about a star-studded appearance at a recruiting visit for his two daughters. It’s hard to believe Brady won’t have a major influence during that visit if A-Rod is able to pull that off.
