Alabama’s radio announcer seemed to be pretty salty after Texas A&M’s winning FG

Texas A&M probably won’t mind paying this fine.

Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide lost their first football game since 2019 last night when unranked Texas A&M stunned the No. 1 team in the nation, 41-38, in what was an absolutely wild game in College Station.

Alabama rallied after a brutal first half for the Crimson Tide but could only watch in the final seconds as Texas A&M lined up for and then kicked a game-winning 28-yard field goal by Seth Small as time expired.

The kick put an end to Alabama’s 19-game winning streak and also their 100-game winning streak of beating unranked opponents.

It also led to the home crowd storming the field in celebration, which Alabama’s announcer wasn’t too fond of.

Check out Eli Gold’s call of the winning kick. I get the silence of letting the moment speak for itself, but then he goes right into bringing up how Texas A&M will be fined for storming the field and that made me laugh out loud:

The video his call is even better:
