Alabama continues to build its 2022 recruiting class, and that includes a new round of offers being made to high school prospects. Among those being offered is a four-star safety out of Altoona, Ia.
His name? Xavier Nwankpa, who took to Twitter on Wednesday to share the news of his offer from the Crimson Tide. Check it out.

According to the 247Sports Composite Rankings, Nwankpa is rated as the No. 72 overall prospect, No. 5 safety and No. 1 player from the state of Iowa.
Those who rank at 247Sports, however, have him as the top-rated safety and No. 14 overall prospect. Either way, the 6-foot-2, 190-pound defensive back is already a highly-coveted guy.
His comparison? Former Alabama safety Minkah Fitzpatrick.
In addition to his offer from the Crimson Tide, he also has opportunities at Ohio State, LSU, Iowa, Iowa State and Missouri. The Crimson Tide won’t be his last offer, though.
