Alabama offensive guard Tyler Booker declares for 2025 NFL draft

One of Alabama’s top offensive linemen is headed to the NFL.

One of the centerpieces along the Alabama Crimson Tide’s offensive line the past three seasons, starting left guard Tyler Booker has officially announced that he will be declaring for the 2025 NFL draft.

Booker made the announcement via social media Thursday night, joining a few others from Alabama’s roster to so far enter the 2025 NFL draft such as quarterback Jalen Milroe and inside linebacker Jihaad Campbell.

During his time in Tuscaloosa, Booker was an impact player from day one as a freshman where he appeared in 12 games during the 2022 season. Seeing time at both guard spots that season, Booker would claim the starting spot at left guard prior to the 2023 season, and held that through the next two years where he went on to receive multiple individual honors.

Likely to be one of the first offensive guards selected in the 2025 NFL draft, potentially in the first round, Booker now departs Tuscaloosa as one of the most beloved players in Alabama football history, as well as one of the top interior offensive linemen in recent memory.
